Consistency is great, not too watery. Has a really nice flavor. Wish it was a few steps spicier, but otherwise it’s pretty much exactly what I was hoping for!

Under the ingredients where it says spices, it should say CUMIN. That's the main flavor of this salsa. Great for enchiladas but not in my salsa so much. I'm a native Texan and we don't play that here
This is not cantina at Alll lol. This is just your regular medium labeled as Cantina. It’s supposed to be waaaaaay thinner. Like Tostitos Cantina. They get it pretty spot on Cantina style. Way too thick to be Cantina from y'all. What's disappointing is you propose to be a family company, all you did was deceive so you didn't have to make something new and make more money. I really would have loved a REAL cantina salsa from yall.
Salsa does not have a traditional salsa verde taste. The red wine vinegar and sugar in the salsa are overpowering and unfortunately takes away the flavor of the tomatillos, cilantro, and any "freshness". I generally like this brand, but this was a fail in my eyes. The jar says "uniquely different" and they were right.
