This sauce is amazing With any mexican dish!!! But it is also great with gourmate pizzas, And an excellent additive to barbecue style From brisket to pulled pork, All the way to saint louis and baby Back ribs! It is also great on Sandwiches From poor boy all the way to club sandwiches And beyond!! This great flavor is compatible with so many dishes it's Incredible!!

Medium Gourmet Salsa

My husband and I were camping, we went into a little shop in the mountains and found this salsa. It has now become one of our favorites! And my husband is a salsa fanatic, so for him to love this one, you know it’s good!

I love fresh salsa, we make it all the time. I’ve tried so many store bought salsas, and even the most expensive, organic, authentic stuff I’ve found tastes like “store bought”. Then I decided to try Mateo’s extra hot, and I was blown away! Not only is it legit spicy, and doesn’t just claim to be, but it has an amazing taste. It’s tangy, fresh, a little smoky, has a wonderful texture and a nice heat. I will be buying this salsa for now on, I’d recommend to anyone, especially if you want a restaurant quality taste straight out of the pantry or fridge. I’m looking forward to trying the other varieties!

I like that we can try other flavors not usually in stores before buying a case. I just wish they had a bigger multi pack or an additional multi pack with ALL the flavors so we could try one of each.

I’ve had countless salsas, from store bought to restaurant to street taco vendor. This is hands down the best salsa I’ve ever had. It tastes bright, fresh, with just enough heat to let you know it’s there. The red wine vinegar is something I have yet to encounter in salsa, and I’m converted. 10/10.
